For the 2024 Black Excellence in STEM & Medicine (BE-STEMM) Conference in Ottawa, Timbayo played a key role in supporting the planning and execution of one of Canada’s leading STEMM conferences.
Our team coordinated elements of the conference entertainment programme, captured high-quality photography and video throughout the event, conducted attendee and speaker interviews, developed post-event marketing content, and designed the comprehensive conference exit report used to communicate the event’s impact to stakeholders.
The result was a cohesive post-conference communication strategy that extended audience engagement well beyond the event itself.
